The frosty mornings are back and Blackburn with Darwen Council is gearing up in case the weather turns bad again.
It’s salt barn is full and our gritters have already been out several times in the last week.

The Council’s winter service begins in October and continues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week until the last frosts of spring.
